N8 Belle problems

hi - not sure if anyone can help, but...

I updated to Belle at the weekend & now a number of my apps are gone, i.e. Quick office pro, Joikusoft premium, Opera etc. also settings for mailboxes

this is very frustrating, the paid apps were quite inexpensive but on principle, if you have to repurchase every time a major update occurs, it is unfair & repeated repurchases will add up! plus the annoyance of having to reinstall/set up et al

any assistance welcome, especially as I do not seem to have any licences etc. for the paid apps

Are you sure you can't redownload those apps from the store? The purchases are linked to your nokia account and you can easily redownload the apps as many times as you want with your account.
About losing data and stuff. I'm not quite sure, but you could have synced settings with the nokia suite or saved them on the sd card before updating. That might have prevented the dissapearance of your email accounts.

I think Joikuspot has a new updated version designed for Belle, but suspect they may require you to upgrade to this version, as it may have new features, but don't quote me on that
