Firmware language on e72

Hi

I have just returned to Symbian after a couple of years using BlackBerries, (why couldn't the insurance replace my communicator with an e72 instead of a Bold?)

I bought a second hand e72, and after changing the product code manage to get rid of the vodaphone rubbish.

However, I wish to be able to enter Russian text.

Is it a case of changing the product code to a Russian one and re-installing the firmware?

I need English as the phone language and main input, but I also need to be able to enter Russian text. The BlackBerry was easy in this respect, it had a phonetic keyboard (Russian letters mapped to the one that sounds like the latin one on the keyboard) and predictive text.

I would also like to try the latest firmware (if possible), which is supposed to resolve some memory issues.

Thanks
