I made a back up and now I wanto to take a file from the backup file, how to do it?

What exactly do you mean? If you mean opening the backup file then you cant.

Just change the file extension to .zip and then use WinZip to extract the file you need.

Wow is this really possible? So you mean we can edit out backup files, like deleting the ones that you dont want restored? This means the restoration will be quicker?
