Nokia 700 WLAN problems

I have problems connecting to the web through WLAN networks on my ‪Nokia700‬. It only connects to the web through mobile data even though I've set WLAN's priority to 1. When I try browsing I get an error message saying it couldn't connect to the web because mobile data is switched of yet Wifi is on and connected. Any ideas on what the issue might be?

Well. I just tried this "problem" out;

Working for my Nokia 700.
All of these applications worked, Nokia browser, opera mini browser, opera mobile browser and finally nokia Internet radio.
All worked out liked a charm.
My WLAN is set with a Netgear (WNDR3700) N-Lan and all devices that connects are "MAC adressed" also, including phones and laptops.

I think that is more a router issue than Nokia belle.
I also have this working like a charm for Nokia 701 and Nokia E6.

No problem at all.

That's great but the problem is I use the WLAN at my workplace so I can't change the WLAN router settings.

The Wifi works fine on my iPod and other devices though so it seems to be an issue with the phone itself not the router settings, I'm I right?
