E71 software updation

Hi,

I have a Nokia E71, bought from Dubai.

It has some complaint that it's restarting often ( atleast 3-4 times a day).

So technician advised to change the OS. And asked a big amount for this.

So I'm just wondering, can I do it myself!

But the USB connector is not working ( No PC suite connectivity).

Can someone pls advise how to reinstall the OS for my mobile.

I'm not a tech saavy. Please just briefly explain how to .

You can update it's software through WiFi you have to go in the software updater then check for updates and if available update it if not replace it.I hope this action will solve your problem.
