Will a nokia 808 pureview connect to a windows network?

I have tried looking at all the information I could find concerning the 808 pureview, but I still can't find whether or not it can connect to my windows network, allowing me to watch videos, look at my photos and just generally browse files.

I am seriously considering getting this phone, and would love to make the most of an apparently fantastic media player, as I have numerous movies and other video files connected to my network.

Can it connect, and how easy would it be if I had to download an app to do it?

Via Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) it might be able to do something. No support built-in for Windows SMB (Server Message Block protocol) file sharing.

You can also install a web server (IIS, or Apache) on your Windows PC.

I've been looking for a UPnP client for 808 but havn't found anything.

There's an app on Nokia store called MyExplorer that is a file manager that appears to access samba drives but it looks like you are only able to do basic file management. Anyone tried it for accessing movies/ music?
