Fring version with video call Skype support

Hello!

Looking around on the Internet I have read that there is a version of Fring which also supports two-way video calls with Skype http://conversations.nokia.com/2009/11/26/fring-skype-nokia-mobile-video-calling-reborn/

Is it true? And if yes, could anyone out there provide certainty reliable answers to the following three questions which crop up then:

1) What is the number of this Fring version?

2) Where and how can I get it from? And the most important:

3) Is it compatible with my Samsung I8910 HD mobile phone so that once it is properly installed and configured it will fully and without any problems or dysfunctions work, including video calls, on that particular Samsung Symbian S60 v5 issue 9.4 smart cell phone?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Dissappointedly Skype eliminated Fring access to their network about a couple of years ago, so you cannot use it to video skype users.
But you can still use Fring to video with other (admittedly almost inexistent) Fring users
I boils my blood that after this time with still have no Skype or Google or MSN video, while Fring have not developed a PC client, rendering it quite limited
