808 Problems MS Exchange

Anybody else having problems with the memory on the 808? I was setting up a mail account on MS Exchange and it came up with a message that the policy on the mail server I was connecting to (my work) required encryption. So I clicked on OK and it started the process. Then it asked for a security code, no problem, I wanted to change from the standard anyway. Later it said that the memory card had a different encryption than the phone, did I want to import it. At that point I wanted to stop the process, I was getting the feeling that I was losing control of my own phone. After un-encrypting, I lost everything on my SD card and on the mass storage as they had become corrupted. No major upset, I can reinstall everything, it's only 2 days old, so just need to reinstall. But now I can't take the security code out, choose not to ask for it, or change the lockout time. MS has taken over! Help, anybody got any tips? Oh I have deleted Lync and MS Exchange. Don't need them.

Reinstalled the MS apps, but still no joy. The phone no longer allows me to disable the security. I have lost control!

I don't know how to a mobile phone to download firmware or some software mobile phone will card the Lord

I've even done a full factory reset, but I still can't change the settings for the time out. Annoyed that this can't be removed.

The battery life depends on the number of repeatedly charging and discharging, so should try to avoid more charge when the battery power, this will shorten the service life of the battery. Mobile phone off time more than 7 days, should first will phone the battery to completely discharge, enough electricity before use.
