Video Encoding Problem-Video too small/Most of screen black

Hi folks,

i tried to convert a video to watch it on my phone (with Real Producer 8), but the phone shows the video only in thumb size (most of the video screen is black). I used 144x176 (width x heigth) for resolution (the original video has 352x420). Why is the output so small on my phone ??

you need to turn off auto-scaling, or code at max 174x142.
