Copy only contacts.cdb from 7650

PC suite is playing up and it isn't connecting properly.
Is there a way that I can copy just the contacts from my phone via BT Send feature?

I think i know this.

You need system tools. (check out seris60 software dir.)
Once installed use the flight mode function.While in flight mode open your file manager (assuming you have one,if not check out www.gosymbian.com) (thanks Domi)

Then send the file C:\system\Data\Contacts.cdb to your pc.
