Hi,
I've just signed up this morning and I'm dying to upload some of my pics 😃
Everytime I ty to though, it connects to the server, I select my folder and then it says 'uploading image' for a while. Eventually it comes up saying 'Upload complete, unable to upload image'
Does anyone know what could be wrong?
I'm connecting using wap, could this be the problem? Should I be using GPRS or something?
Thanks in advance
Uploading to where??? 😃
But I presume you are speaking of fotodock, if yes, you should use internet connection point, not wap.
Sorry, yeah fotodock. I came here from their site and wrongly assumed this was the help forum for it!
My problem is I don't have an internet-gprs connection and I cant see any information on how to set one up on www.o2.co.uk :-?
What exactly is required to make an image server? Could you use an ordinary web server?

I think, you can find that out by searching this forum. (try o2 internet connection)

It needs some programming.
No.
Cheers, I'm new to all this se bear with me 😉
I've done a quick search already but came up with nothing really. On the o2 site it tells you how to setup GPRS WAP but not GPRS on it's own, as I said I've emailed them but I'm not confident about a helpful reply
You might want to go to www.nokia.co.uk and use the configurator link, this sends GRPS settings to your phone via an SMS message. I think it does internet grps, if not post here and I'll tyr and look them up for you.
Hmm... It's letting me configure my phone for Wap, email or MMS. Which one would I use? 😮
o2 haven't replied yet, grr...
If you're on O2 PAYG you cannot use their internet APN, only WAP via GPRS. You can use dial-up instead. If you are on contract, try mobile.o2.co.uk for the APN, username web password web.
Cheers
