Hi there... I'm new at this, so sorry if I'm doing it wrong. And I'm still studying english, so sorry if I write it wrong.
I have a problem when I transfer files, or download them from an app in the telephone (i.e. WhatsApp), or installing new apps from the Nokia Store to my XpressMusic 5530, or more specificly, to the memory card on it.
The symptoms appeared first when I was upgrading the Firmware from the Nokia Suite. Since then I cannot transfer more than a few mp3 songs from my PC. If I try to transfer one more song, it will sound with pieces of the songs I transferred successfully earlier.
It also have problems with some applications I try to install from the Nokia Store (i.e. Assassins Creed II). It apparently downloads it, but it just can't install it.
Additionally, when I try to see the pictures my girlfriend sends me by WhatsApp, I see them correctly until one of them shows incompletely, and since that one, I can't see any picture she sends.
I'm pretty sure this problem may have been experienced by several other users, but I couldn't find any solution, so I haven't tried anything else that formating the memory, from both the PC (Windows 7) and the cellphone.
