Synchronisation Failed message - very unhelpful...

I have suddenly encounted a Synchronisation Failed message everytime I sync. Using Outlook2000. I had no problems before. Tried reinstalling PC Suite, Repaired Outlook 2000 (as suggested by Global Support) but to no avail. The error message was very unhelpful in that it just says Synchronisation Failed, and nothing else.

Advice Anyone ? :x

Make sure you have selected (ticked) the appropriate selections when you right click (properties) the "phone connection link" icon on your task bar.
