Calendar sync with Outlook doesn't work properly

I've discovered that deleting items in my Outlook calendar doesn't delete the same items on my P800 during sync.

Does anyone else experience this?

I'm using W2K and Outlook 2000 SP-3. The PC Suite Version is 1.3.1. My setting for syncing in case of conflicts is "add conflicting entries to PC and phone".
