Have you noticed that, if you upload a regular ringtone to your 3650/7650 mobile phone, its volume will be pretty loud, while if you upload a midi ringtone, the volume will be moderate or less. In fact, if you increased the velocity of the midi notes the sound would be reasonable, but still not as much as th ringtones..... So, any idea, and any program can convert midi to polyphonic ringtone?
Note: The ringtone-file's extension is .rng.
