Problem e-mailing image from P800?

ok. Here's what happened.

I took an image and then tried to e-mail it from my P800.
What I received was not an image (as a binary file) but the complete image file converted to text.

Can neone help? How to send image as an binary attachment?

or could it be because of the mail client? I e-mailed the image to my yahoo account.

Maybe you should test it again 😊 Was the picture take from your built in camera?

sounds like a MIME type problem to me, was the e-mail sent from the P800's built in client or a wap-client? THe P800's browser seems to have problems with HTML POST file sending, it doesn't seem to correctly identify the file type on POSTing, I had this problem trying to add a photo attachment to this forum from the phone.
