Call Forwarding Active

Everytime I place a call I get the Info "Call forwarding active" even though I have canceled all call forwarding? Second, how come you can only find the Call Forwarding option by going to Menu/Tools/Settings/Phone/Standy and changing either the left or right key assignment?

1. You sure you disabled it? Check with your Telco if you have to.
2. It's also found going into MENU -> Tools -> Call Divert. If its not there it has being moved into either the root directory or another folder. Look for something with an icon with a green phone receiver (similar to the icon on the button for CALL) with a blue arrow on it.

Yes...it is called "Called Fowarding" here in the US. Unfortunately, that feature cannot be found by going to tools on the US version 3650 even though the manual (both hardcopy and softcopy) and help menu says so. I have gone through 2 phones already and both do not have this feature readily available.

i assumed it would be the same for all english versions.. *shrugs*

try looking in phone settings then or in your voicemail settings.

U mean there is no "Call Divert" icon in Tools of your phone? if yes, that means the only way for you is to assign it either to right or left softkeys of the phone or try to install a 3rd party program like Task Manager from www.psiloc.com (If I'm not mistaken it will let you assign joystick shortcuts.)

I've installed (just now) the trial version of Task Manager from psiloc.com and yes it can help in assigning an application for joystick. You can try it too to assign "call divert" (a.k.a call forwarding) for your joystick.
