My backup and restore used to work perfectly.
However since yesterday when I do a back up I get a message that:
c:\system\mail\index folder could not be backed up.
I tied to skip resp. retry backing up this file. Surely than I get the message that back-up was successful. However my restore does not work. It starts abd than stops saying Restore could not be performed.
Any suggestions

This problem in HandyDay.
Its Either the old version of handyday or its booster app getting rid of the booster app helped me

I've just uninstalled HandyDay and it backed up OK.
I had the upgraded version of HandyDay - I'll try installing the latest version direct and see what happens. Will let you know.
Ah - the picture gets clearer.
I have managed to back up ok by making sure that the preferences of "appear on flip open" and "Appear after timeout" are NOT ticked and then exiting HandyDay

I also have a mail backup problem. Its says error trying to backup mail file something so what I do click on retry and ti does and goes on without any errors anymore.
