I'm sorry but I can't help ya as I use 3650 but I have TAMAGOTCHI Gameboy Rom running in the Wildpalm GoBoy. Works great!

The whole time I've had my 9210, I've been afraid I bumb into a tamagotchi app. I remember what it was like when I had one of those little toys in my pocket. Had a hard time working, and sleeping, when I tried to keep it alive. Even found a nanny to take care of it once when I needed to get something done. I get addicted easily... 😮ops: Now if someone would develop one for my phone, I probably couldn't concentrate on anything else. So please, don't do it :robot: 😃
