how do i edit a .rmi file

ok i got some ringtones in .rmi format but what software will let me pay the ringtone ,shorten it and save it as an rmi file ?

Not sure about that format, but it may be easier to do it on your PC. Check www.ZDnet.com for music editing programs. Even the most complete programs give you a trial period.
