who can write programs

I think that all the program could do is just hang off. But you can do that by hand...no nood for software. I just dont see another way of blocking an incomming call!

maybe you can just assign a silent ringtone for the specific name.

or you can ask your network to block the number for you, it possible.

Yeah, that's the only way I can think of too...

Either have it reject the call so it goes to voicemail or whatever, or accept the call for a second and hang up, or finally play a recorded message "The person you have called has blocked you 😃."
