SP2: Camera and Gallery issue!

0 replies · 5,280 views · Started 04 April 2013

Hello everybody,
i've looked everywhere on the internet but no solution 'till now.

When i upgraded to Belle FP2 on my Nokia 701 i got 2 major issues.

Let me say first that i tried soft reset, har reset, numeric codes, connecting to pc, and none of the standard procedures worked.

Here are my problems:

FIRST: CAMERA NOT WORKING AT ALL.

When i press camera button, or launch the app using the icon, i have just a blank screen:

And this is the task manager, showing the app "working"

For now i replaced the default camera using CameraPro (that i had to pay). It's a great app, and you can set it as default, but when u restart the phone this setting is lost and u have to manually open at least once CameraPro.

SECOND: DEFAULT GALLERY IS FreaKED UP

When i open the gallery i first get a regular screen:

Then if i rotate horizontally the phone (with call keys on the right ->😉 i get this:

And when i put it vertically again i get this:

Same when i look at single pictures:

Vertical view:

Horizontal view (call keys on the right ->😉:

I think the only way to solve this would be to edit\change the application files, or i dunno.

Note that every other app works fine with rotation.
Please help!

Thanks!
