How come after i've download the video recorder update file it tells me that it can't be opened? Does anyone know program i need to open this file? thanks in advance.....

Is it in .zip format? If yes, you need Zipman from www.wildpalm.co.uk to open compressed files.
Another way is (if it is in zip format), extract the content of the zip file to your PC then send only the .sis file to your phone
