Nokia N8: most efficient CPU decode audio and video formats?

Hello,
Does anyone have *reliable* info on what audio and video formats will use the least battery when decoded & displayed by the device itself? Are there formats that are especially CPU friendly and efficient, or use device hardware decode facilities? e.g. for videos encoded for 640x360, WMV vs. MP4? Or AAC vs. MP3? (I usually encode my CDs as MP3 audio around 220 kb/s VBR, i.e. lame.exe -V0, on my PC and simply transfer it to the N8--no need to keep lossless as well as mobile formats.)
