I hear everyone talking about Firmware upgrades for both the P800 and the communiCam. I'm not talking about the fabled 2.1 or whatever, just a simple normal first time firmware upgrade. Where would I get this (or a) firmware upgrade? Thanks in advance for your help.

Normally, yes, unless your warrenty is voided or something, really.. Depends on the local services from SE.
