Pc Suite Problems

I have pc suite and blue tooth. The problem is that pc suite says to connect the phone to the computer and when i turn on bluetooth, it doesnt do anything when i hit ok. It doesnt give any error just please connect the 3650 to the computer. I cant figure out how to make it work. Anyone have a solution?

sorry i can't really help as its device dependant and i've never paired devices with PC (i don't have bluetooth adaptor) but from what i've seen when i paired with friend's phones.. you set one device to 'show to all' (in your case the 3650?) and then on the other side you go into SEARCH for devices.. then both devices will find each other (you have to name your phone and by default its Nokia3650).. then it'll ask you on the 3650 for a passcode to be set (i did '1234'😉 and then you have to enter it on your PC.. and then they are paired and mRouter should recognise this (you have to set mRouter to look VIA bluetooth port though).

you'll have to look in your bluetooth devices manual for information on 'pairing' or 'searching'..

i have the same problem.. mrouter is not detecting anything although i have paried the phone n pc .... all the coms in mrouter says not conencted

Just go in to my bluetooth places right click on your device and do connect to serial port
thats what worked withg my widcomm usb dongle

😞 Please help me?

I was able to back up my phone before using the PC suite. But now I just cant seem to do it anymore.

I already removed most of the apps that I installed after I was able to restore everything but now when I click back up an error appears on my phone..

All i need is to back up my contacts. I cant use the outlook program coz it would be too many contacts that I dont really need..

hope someone out there can enlighten me..

thanks!

sorry.. I can't help you! The last time I back up my phone and did a restore, my phone didn't boot anymore and now, it's on its way to nokia!!! My problem is bigger than yours! 😞 But anyway, try restarting your phone. Or what apps did you install on it?

I guess this should have orignally been posted in this forum. Sorry. Here is my problem. I have PC Suite on my desktop. I have no infrared, bluetooth or any other connection between my 3650 and my desktop (my laptop is OK--it has infrared and I can use PC Suite between my laptop and my 3650 without any problem--and no, I do not have my laptop and desktop networked with each other). My problem is this: To use PC Suite for the first time it has to communicate with the 3650 or it will say no phone is connected and you have to connect a phone first before you can use it by specifying a device for its to search so it can connect. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can activate it for the first time with no infrared or blue tooth connection? I have an infrared device I can connect via USB to my desktop PC but it cannot be installed as it says certain Window OS files cannot be found. I don't want to have to reinstall my OS but will have to if I have no solution to the PC Suite issue. Thanks

I am having this problem, but i am using infrared. There are no settings in IV, it just says 'activated'. My IV device is connected and installed. But when i click on 'OK' in PC Suite, nothing happens. Help please?
