Hey guys.. when you are all not around... just left me alone today.. i have encountered some posting of warez!!!!! Where are you guys? :-?
Anyway why not anyone who wish to log off , drop any mod or admin to babysit till next mod or admin online or on duty?
I always "on duty" everyday from +08 GMT 9am till 6pm Singapore time. 8)
I try to keep my eye open, but unfortunately due to my lack of a device and the flood of messages I avoid the UIQ and S60 forums. Guess that's why I'm not a mod of those forums.....
My online time is gradually decreasing, due to the alotta work i gotta do in school (i'm in the most active school where i live, they never let you rest!!!) :evil:
So please excuse me, but summer is close.. 😃

I check out most links that are posted and delete/deface if they contain links to warez. What concerns me is when the posts are in a different language and I'm not sure whether the link is dodgy or not.

Yup, I agree.
I'm not sure how easy/hard it would be to implement, but here is my idea:
There is an option added to when you post a message, asking to specify the language the article is posted in (default English of course).
Then if it's not English, there is a "Translate" button added to the post, like where Quote, Report Post, etc is (this could use Babelfish or Google Translator as an example) which will translate the post, allowing the admin/mod to get a rough idea as to whether or not the link is legit?
What do you think?
