Does anybody in this forum use O2??
If they do is it possible to use GPRS to surf the internet AND use MMS? I have been told that this is not possible wich confuses me. MMS has to use GPRS so why is it not possible to use WAP over gprs as well?

It is due to the access points that their service uses (how they configured them). In the mobile world they are called APN's, these are like the server names for a regular web server e.g. www.microsoft.com, if they do not give you an access point for a server that lets you browse the net, e.g. a web gateway you will not be able to get out.
That is as simple as it gets.
