Associating files to apps (7650)

Hi everybody,

Is there any way to associate files to be opened with specific application such as windows (open with...).

File manager by psiloc has the option to "Open with"

Thank you but i'm looking for a system option that allows apps like FExplorer to open (not view) files like INI.
