Since this morning i can't view my contacts on the phone! When i try to reach it it appears the message: "insuficient memory". I starded to uninstall some aplications and now i have 6,2mb free memory on the phone (and 3,5mb on the stick) but it still doesn't work!
Everything else is working good. Is there something that i'm missing?

Sounds like the same problem Jaqo has been having (see the thread just below "Contacts problem - insufficient memory"😉. He's trying to restore from a backup but excluding the contacts file. So far without success, but he's getting there.
Hi me and several other have this problem. I found a tempoary way to fix it.
1 rename your latest WORKING backup to *.zip
2 open it with winzip and unzip it
3 get the file contact.cdb(its located under internal system\data
4 copy that file
5 backup internal
6 now you need to do 1 and 2 again with the defect backup and replace the defect file contact.cdb with the one you copied.
7 zip the file and give it exacly the same name that it was before you renamed it to *.zip.
8 take out your mem card from P800 and reset the phone
9 restore and all will be with out any loss.. but voice control contact. Those you need to record again.
I've done this 2 times and it works. But it really sucks that this happends. I'm so helpless when i cant open my contacts..

SONY ERICSSON GET THIS FIXED NOW!!!!!!!!!

To be fair to SE, this isn't a P800 problem. Any database in the world will become corrupted if you try to access it and the device you're running on runs out of memory.
Now, possibly they could do something about the memory management to make it a little more user friendly. After all, this is a consumer device, not a server. It's going to be used by Joe Public and not system administrators.
But the fact of the matter is, if you fill up most of the memory on any machine and then try to run a large database application, you're going to get problems.
A good rule of thumb is usually to leave 20-25% of the memory free. However, if your contacts database is particularly large, you may want to leave even more that this.
You are right, i removed the line. Bad written software can do a lot of damage. I have removed AppForgeBooster apps from my phone. So i hope this will fix it.
When you mention memory. I have all mem that can be free on internal divice free. All my apps is on D: Max free i have is close to 9mb. Contact i have i think 500 of and 30 of them with voice and pictures.
I'm a 100% Sony Ericson fan. I've been using their phones since 90.. Tried some of nokias but 2 of them broke.. and so did mostly of my friends nokia. Most bad displyes and turn off with out notice. My Ericssons and Sony Ericsson have NEVER turned me down so far. HAve to say so far i only testet T68/68i and P800 after sony became a part.

Don't know if you noticed, but Nokia doesn't make UIQ devices, maybe a SE service center will be more usefull 😉
