Hi,
I am getting this problem after installing Extended Profiles Pro.
I get the "already in use" everytime I set my moving background to either on or off if idle.
I've reinstalled the program but still got the samething. The problem does not occur if the animated background is set to off.
Anybody have the same problem?
I also tried with Nokia 3650 with the same problem.
hmm, I get the same error message when I unplug the handsfree cable (outdoor profile chosen via Settings), when I return to another profile which had a gif.
I have disabled the "animate background" option, so I'll see if that removes the error message.

Sounds like a bug. Report it to [email protected]. I've never tried animated gifs so I can't duplicate problem
I already sent them an email and they just replied it by saying "please reinstall the software", and I did.
So I think it's a bug.

nope, reinstall didn't do anything. I even formatted my phone and still the same problem occured.
Psiloc decided not to reply my email back. I think they don't know how to solve the problem.
I am not buying software when I know for sure the support sucks.
Psiloc's support is generally very good, the delay may be down to it being easter week, and they post maintenance releases very frequently (eprofilespro is now version 1.71F - what version are you running?).
I got that same problem, and disabled the option - it didn't bother me since the gif was not animated anyway... so I haven't thought about it too much recently.
In fact, in terms of response (I have contacted support from 5 different vendors - case for having licenced software :angel: ), they are the most responsive, or equal first with Reqwireless and Domi 😃 .

I must agree Paul, there support is very good, Maybe it's better if you already bought the product 😉
BTW way they have released v1.8 claiming to improve the animated problem
I just downloaded the 1.71 yesterday and it fixed the problem'

I'm running 7 Psint applications on my phone. There support is the best around
ok, there is another problem with eProfiles Pro.
When you set the backlight to always on, it does on and turn off when the keylock is activated but the screen saver will not work.
anybody try that?
I will email psiloc again and wait for their response.
