Prog that can make animation background like EProfile Pro?

Is there any program that can make the background animated like EProfiles Pro?

I am having difficulties with EProfiles and would like to try something new if there is any.

yup there is. its called smart profiles same as e profiles, i had problems with e profiles as well its a crappy program neways. mail me about the software
