anyone tried active desk yet on the P800??

http://my-symbian.com/uiq/applications/applications.php?fldAuto=198&faq=2

anyone who's tried it could you let me know how the program is
thanks

I've tried it and it is quite good although if it's going to replace my Handy Day then it's going to have to have a locking feature and I have my P800 flip off all the time.
Other than that it looks better and seems more configurable than Handy Day.

i used it.. its what i was waiting for. only it needs more features in it, infgact i think it can be much much more powerfull on the P80 than any other phone.

Problems:-
1. Does not work in flip closed mode.
2. In filp open mode it does not have a key lock facility.

What i would love to see in it:-
1. Automatic open when i open the flip.
2. A flip closed mode.
3. In open flip mode, it should key lock & be full screen & a small virtual keypad icon if you ned to make a call.
4. Also imagine, with the pen you have have gestures which you can just scribble to start a file or an app or call someone.
5. We could have favorivte links instead of icons to make it customizable & maybe add more links.

Lots more stuff can be done.

Any more thought anyone!!

I agree with you on the first and second thing and the keylock thing.

It's great and COULD replace Handy Day, with some improvements.

Currently the calendar displays the first appointments for a day regardless of whether they are over or not (i.e. if I had a meeting at 11.00 am, and it is now 3.00 pm, I really don't want to still see it in the calander list). Will this be changed so that only upcoming appointments are shown in the calendar list?

Well, I definattely hope so. It's clearly not really finished yet, but the same thing was the case with Handy Day. The first versions of Handy Day weren't that good, but it has only impoved ever since.
