No, not unless somebody writes a separate tool/utility for that purpose (I'm not aware of one existing currently, but I agree that it'd be useful).

No that I know of. Anyway, that's a great idea for an application (where are those developers when you need them?). I use ActiveDesk so I don't have that problem 'cos I see all my meeting and calendar entries in the next month.
