i have been using this mobile for over 2 weeks now .. well its great but my main problem i that the menus are not very well design i gess
u can get lost very easly :x
well i am lost now.. i have some problems and i can find any answers :roll:
1) is it posible to send (.jar) application to the mobile using the USB cabel ?
2)How can i send ring tones using Bluetooth ?
3) how can i upload my pictures on the PC using the USB cable
4) now every time i connet the phone to the PC using the USB cable i have to conect the charger as well .. or else i get a message " phone not coneted " !!! :roll: :roll: :roll: this one bugs me alot .. couse i am afriad to distroy the battry this way
5) i installed "Stunt Run" yesterday but i was realy shocked to find out that to accelerate i have to use my fingers on the screen .. well i dont have to mention how the screen looked after i finished the first lap 😃 😃
is this dangerous ??
6)when i connect the headset ( the one with packed with the phone ) i can talk and recive calles through it .. well its cool exept for one HUGE bug .. when some one calles me when the head set is coneted it dosent ring .. but inset u hear the coming call alert in the headset !!!!!! is this normal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do i have to keep the headset in my ears all the time or what ? :-? :-?
7) and finaly the famus NO DELIVARY REPORT BUG

1) Yes it is. Send .jar files via the USB cradle by using the "My P800" explorer function on your PC. Then use a filemanager (freeware) application to find and install the program.
2) Go to the Audio player, click Edit, Preferences and make sure WAV and MIDI are ticked so that they display. Then put audio player into "list" mode (bottom left hand corner), click the ring tone so it displays the track info (grey and white stripes), then click 'audio' at the top => send as => bluetooth. Voila.
3) Again, using the My P800 item that should be on your desktop, navigate to Internal Memory, Pictures, Unfiled (usually), simply cut and paste to your harddrive.
4) Haven't had this problem as I've always had the charger in. I'm sure its not going to destroy any batteries. Really.
5) Get yourself a Brando screen protector, it gives the screen a slightly matt finish, so you won't end up with a smeary mess of fingerprints! its $12 from http://shop.brando.com.hk/ usually arrives within 3 days.
Top quality can't recommend it enough.
6) Um, yeah, the headphones are mainly for listening to MP3s I guess, and you hear some beeps whilst your songs are playing if someone is calling you. I suppose if you put it in silent mode it will vibrate when it rings then you could put the headphones in to answer it.
7) Not really a bug, just a feature they never added. Rumoured to be in the big upgrade package that will ship with the metallic grey P800s along with night camera and full screen pic viewing. I'll believe it when I see it though.

You have to move this file to the \documents\unfiled folder, either in internal or external memory.
well i have reached this point .. but then ?
i still cant find the .jar file i sent to the p800 to install it !!
strange .. i feel stupid :x
