After each reboot my coomunicator changes date to the 19th of april. How can I mend it?
Calendar error
hmm... that doesn't sound to familiar, but yesterday all at once my calender jumped back four days... strange...
at the same time all text messages read on the phone side, didn't seem to exist in the messaging part of the inside... a quick reboot solved the problem, but still...
best regards from the netherlands

Maybe some errors with dayligh-saving? I changed it one or two times (and didn't understant how it works) I can't remember if errors appeared before or after it.
The problems with the calendar seem to be getting worse; now my 9210 resets itself to the first of the month al least twice a week. I think t's time for my software to be upgraded form 3.62 to 4.13....
anybody else got a solution?
best regards Teun

Hallo everyone,
I wish to talk of the same problem. I recently upgraded to v.3.62 from v.3.18 but this problem still afflicts me!
The first time the system date setted itself at 14th Feb 2001, now it sets itself to 11th August 2002 each time I detouch the battery!!!
I think the problem is in some *.ini file inside the system root... the problem is: what file does that??
Kind regards,
Giankyc
I have been facing the same annoying problem in the last few months, since my commi jumps back to march 14th each time I reset it...
I had no results in that, either deleting ini files or formatting it. Agree that maybe it started when I tried to set daylight saving.
Now, I cannot see which way I could restore the original functionality...
I'm fairly sure this was covered in the past (may find it by searching the forum) and I can't remember the solution.
