BT software won't install

help guys. i've been trying to install the new billionton BT software. After the restart, i get a message that there was a file that was not exported called WBITAPI.dll plus some gibberish, and BT will not configure. Anybody have a clue what this darned file is?

sad thing is even the original CD software won't install correctly now.

i'm on win98SE. maybe i should move up to XP?

My Mitsumi BT din work wif the software dat came wif it.
After lots of searching, haha.. I found this...

try looking ard there or search in this forum.
I'm sure U will find the solution.
