Nokia PC Suite extensions

How can i implement Handy Safe Desktop and Handy Expense Desktop into PC Suite for 3650 ?

or this plugins is only for old PC Suite for 7650?

i have installed both (handy ... desktop) but in PC Suite doest see it.
