2 probs with my phone can any one help

i have had my 7650 for about 2 weeks and every thing has been fine
but kow i can only inout number and no text. i can not change it to type anything else also if i go to setting/phone/general i get an error mesage saying

App. closed
gs
CONE 14

If any of you have a clue what it is i whold be very grate full if you can let me know.

Sounds like ou have insalled an application called Wildskins yes?

If you have uninstalled it without disabling it first it will give these errors.
Reinstall it
reboot
Activate it
reboot
deactivate it
reboot
Check it really is deactivated.
Uninstall
reboot

You should now be back in business.

This will solve both your problems..
