Help Please "Caution" Sign Problem

A few times now my P800 Has gone into an animation of a yellow triangle with a ! in (Caution sign) and a picture of the phone with an arrow poiting to the power button and a timer with 10 on it. The only way to get rid of this is by holding the power button for 10 seconds to turn the phone off, and then turn it on again. has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone know what this means and why it does it? It's probably obvious. The battery isn't low, or anything like that.

Cheers

This usually happens when there's a lot of apps still working in the background, since some apps dont have the QUIT option like some have, and this quickly diminishes the P800's working memory. To maintain a healthy memory status, always remeber to CLOSE the apps that you won't be using. You might want to (if you haven't yet) install the handy day or filemanager apps. These 2 apps can help you to close those which doesn't have CLOSE options.

... If the problem persists, then you might have to bring it to your nearest SE service center. Or maybe, you just need to have your P800 upgraded to firmware R2D.
