took some hell of a time tho, converting mpeg to gif takes a whole lotta memory out of 192mb Ram and my laptop aint that powerful (i miss my pc).
i use animation shop 2, any one know of another similar animation program that optimises files better? i.e. smaller file size but good quality image resolution.
