Few small q's about the contact list...

heh yet more q's from me, sorry :P

1. in the contact list it lists my friends as "Lastname Firstname" ie "Smith Barry", which is kinda irritating. is there any way of changing the list order so it'd be "Barry Smith" ? the only thing i can think of atm, is to change Lastname tag to Name and including "Barry Smith" as one string, and leaving FirstName blank....

2. my manual is a bit unclear as to photos. it said Add Photo will display the photo next to the username and when they ring, but Add Thumbnail seems to do that. Add Photo adds the photo into a section i see when i press Right Arrow. whats the purpose of this? just an extra place to bung a slightly bigger photo?

3. is there a wildcard symbol i can use to place things at the top of my list? on my old fones (including nokias) i used to put a "." in front, so ".home" would appear at the top, which was much handier....

think thats all atm, having good fun with the fone, the OS is sooo much faster and nicer to use than my old Siemens SL42 (45) so im really happy 😃

There's a file that swaps the first & second name around in contacts. Its freeware and called nameswap

You can only link a thumbnail to contacts. It will show when contact phones you. Bit small though

I'm not sure about the wildcard option, Sorry

wicked, cheers. i've gotta order my bluetooth dongle in the next few days, so i can't connect up atm, but sounds like exactly what im looking for, yay 😃

thanks a lot

Yes without a BT link to PC, the phone is just not the same. Definately the number one thing to buy with the 7650. I'm surprise they don't bundle it with phone.
