I've installed PC suite for nokia 7650 after a clean format (I installed only drivers office and bluetooth stack) and whatever I do I can't get mrouter to see bluetooth ports! It just shows infrared port (and I don't even have it). It's the 2 time I format because of this problem i've even tried an older mrouter version 2.1.0.309 vs the 2.1.0.337 version I got with pc suite 1.2. any suggestion?

What BT device are you using. The drivers need to be updated for some BT devices. Search the forum. There are many threads detailing the solution to this problem.
i'm using digicom usb device and bluetooth software 1.3.27 (the latest version)
damn there's no way to get mrouter to work!! i've tried even installing p800 software but that mrouter doesn't work too. it's too weird if I just do a clean install and install directly bt stack and pc suite everything works fine unless I install video/audio/modem drivers(i've also tried last versions). When I do that pc mrouter stops working and shows only infrared (that I don't even have). i saw some posts regarding a different mrouterserial.dll i've tried using a older version of that file with no success 😞(( heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelppppppppppp :PPP

aehm the bluetooth software works perfectly with my device I can send pictures files etc from my pc to the nokia and vice-versa however I can't manage to have PC suite to work. i've also tried p800 pc suite and also replacing those libraries using various combinations but without success at all :/

Ok After installing BT software and then PCSuite. You open MRouter and it shows only IR port? No other Com Ports?
And you use windows XP?
I thinkyou should go to Control Panel > Add new Hardware and add the COM ports manually. If that doesn't work either, then _DO CONTACT_ your BT device support center or pray for some miracle to ocurr 😃
Hi
I have reported a fix to this problem please look back through the forum to early March. You need the 14 june 2002 version of morouterserial.dll and follow the instructions posted before. If you need the file send me a PM with your e-mail and I will send you the file by e-mail zip'ed up.
Tony
PS this WILL work!
i've tried even with that dll but I had no success 😞 bwaaaaaaaaaaa
Sorry but thats the best I can offer!
Good luck
Tony

Ive had the same problem, and have been searching for an answer for the past few hours. You won't believe how simple the answer is though. All you need to do is disable your internal modem if you have one, as the mrouter automatically detects only that com port. Once I disabled my modem, all my bluetooth ports magically showed up after a reboot =)
Hope this answers your problem without having to mess around with new dll files! =)
