Strange Problems After Firmware Update

Hi all
I recently upgraded the firmware version from 3.12 to 4.37 on my 7650. After upgrading, I noticed that my cell is not playing my default ringtone (Humming Bird). Also it stopped playing any tone on receving MMS/SMS. So I went to profile and checked the setting. Everything was fine. But to my horror, when I selected the Ringtone, I saw that all my default Nokia ringtone was gone !!!. Only the ones which I had downloaded via GPRS were visible. The secound problem is whenever I choose Setting/General, it flashes a error message "System Error". Mind you, before upgrading the firmware, I had this (sys error) problem in bluetooth. But after upgrading my bluetooth is up and running. If I format (*#7370#) will I get back my original nokia ringtones. Do I then have to again upgrade the firmware after formating ? Any help ?

What about the ringtones ??. Will I get them back ?. Wht about system error ?
