A couple of questions

Please do not hit me :bday: if it allready has been posted. Have not been able to find a post anywhere about my questions.

Here goes:

1) Dreamchat. Only possible to install on phone memory? If I install it on the MMC card I get a system error. Bummer.

2) Has anyone heard rumours about NOKIA getting back to reality and adding T9 input for other languages than the 3 default the phone has? I have danish, english and "Norwegian" .oO(Not because I have anything against the norwegians, but who needs that?) huh... I don't. I could use german though.. Come on Nokia.. Add support for other languages than the ones you chose to give us.

3) I installed Steelwarrior (phone memory) and moved it to the MMC afterwards. It works, but in the install manager it says it is installed to the phone mem. Did I do something wrong or is it irrelevant?

4) erhmm I am sure I had one more question. Now I can't remember.. argh.. wtf.. I will just have to annoy you guys another day 8)

Anyone has answers I would appreciate it..

About Dream Chat, i got a system error on the MMC too! Gonna install it on phone memory now...

They have added languages in the past.. like Russian T9 was added in later on in the 3xxx life cycle.

Anyway it depends where you buy your phone and which NSC you service it; Australian phones tend to have English, Malay, Philipino, Indonesian, Thai; Singaporean phones have Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Malay, Indonesian.. But with Series 60 I've found it only has Alphanumeric Languages (English/Malay/Indonesian).. So it is a possibility since German has the same characters as those other languages correct?

German has the same yes. The thing that puzzled me. I have had (yes oldies, I know) the nokia 5510 and that had I think to remember 8+ languages. Why go back in quality 😉..

But I hope that german will be an option. Thanks for the reply seremify

These SERIES 60 devices are a lot more advanced and also the font files aren't as small as before since the phone includes the entire manual in each language supported. I think its also to prevent people buying phones cheap in countries and then selling/exporting them back to another.
