Has anyone who ordered replacement flips / keypads from their local SE service centres actually received them? I ordered one of each from my local centre about six weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet - I know some people are saying SE won't send out these parts, you have to return the phone.

As far as I know, SE is in really short supply of spare parts - hell, they can't even keep up delivering P800s in Europe at the moment!
I'm sure that you'll be able to buy the different parts for your phone once the supply outpaces the demand (without having to send your p800), hopefully it won't be much longer.
When SE gets to that stage, I'm sure they'll start to focus on spare parts and 1GB memory stick duos...
Just got a phone call saying the parts would be arriving next week, looks like the spare parts are starting to become available
