Ok here's the problem,.....when you use the factory reset function that comes with the phone, it will only restore certain function, but however the program that you install in the phone will still be there. I was wondering is there any way for one to reset it to the original setting the first day when you first press the on button.
The other way I figure out was to bring the phone to NCC, but its to troublesome to bring there if you want to reset it once a while to clear the log from the system files.
