How can i deal with the backup (*.ecs) files

In P800, backups are stored under one "*.ecs" file.

How can I open this "*.ecs" file and see the all hidden files like my "contacts = *.vcs" and other necessary files inside of *.ecs file.

Any ideas ?

It is a form of .zip file, so WinZip[tm] should be able to read it.
