Ok this is rediculis I don't understand why they make it so hard for people in the US to find out about firmware upgrades. I would love to get R2D but I swear it seems impossible in the U.S. I get zero help from ericsson support, half the people there don't even know what i'm talking about, and i've looked through dozens of forums with no success. So please if anyone has any info about US upgrades or service center phone numbers and locations please help.

P.S. does anyone think it is possible to get an upgrade from another country and still have your US phone work as normal.
