Yeah, I got the beta of this great app yesterday. Didn't find any real bugs yet! I think it's great!

Really? I found a lot of bugs already, here are a few:
Well here are the results of my initial test. Attached are screenshots.

1.) Opening the program while its empty(no entries yet) takes time, around 3-4 seconds. But when I entered just one entry, this solved this problem already, no more delays.

2-3) On the Start year and and days before lines, there is no up and down arrow. But when Selected, the up and down arrows show.

4-5.) After choosing the birthdate the start years doesnt change.

6-7) Because of number 4-5, I had to change the start year, when I clicked on it and then clicked on the arrow, it immediately changed the year on the birthdate. After setting the correct start date though it was ok already as shown on pic 7.

8.) I also got an error. When I deleted the entry I made making the birthdate database empty, and exited the program, it showed me a please wait function. Then I clicked on another program shortcut while it said please wait and I got the error above.

I also noticed that the time of the alarm and alarm tone that I set on the first entry became the default of all future entries.

This shows proof that the alram works and the export to to the built in calendar works too 😊 I think what this lacks now is the ability to export or backup our database.
and this should be just perfect! 😊

Looking good, this is a must have on a P800.

Where can I find the Beta, or is it for testers only?

I think its for testers only, you can email epocware if you wanna test it... I just got an email form them.. Ive been emailing them a lot for this ap maybe thats why they included me 😊

What? You shouldn't discuss this here on a public forum. This is only the beta version, not yet available for the public. You are not allowed to distribute or even mention the existence of a BETA delivered to you by the developer for testing. Please stop this now.

I am not distributing this software. I am just testing it and never knew I couldnt discuss it. I only did bec 737 opened it up that he was reviewing one and thot hey people out there should give there comments on the bugs so that they could also contribute to its development. But if its wrong then I request the moderators to please delete this thread.

My apologies to those offended of this post.

Well, I'm not exactly sure of Epocware's policies in this particular case, but most developers will give you their BETA with the instuctions NOT to discuss it publically. The discussion should only be between you-the beta-tester and the developer.

At least this is the normal practice, I also do some beta-testing and translating of P800 software.
